Tanya brings close to 30 years of executive leadership experience in the non-profit sector including fundraising, investment management, marketing, communications, leadership development, board governance and volunteer management.  She previously served as the President of the Jewish Home and Care Center Foundation Inc. and has served as the Vice President of Development for Centers for Independence, the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and the Milwaukee Jewish Federation. Over the course of her career Tanya has raised over $350 million. In addition to her current role, Tanya serves as an active member of the philanthropy leadership team.

Tanya graduated from Wayne State University with a degree in Marketing. She is a devoted mother of three children. In her spare time, Tanya is a long-distance runner including completing several marathons and half marathons.
