Jay brings extensive experience in sales training, management, and marketing strategy, having worked with more than 50 continuing care retirement communities nationwide. His senior living career began at The Pines at Whiting before becoming Regional Director of Sales for ACTS Retirement-Life Communities. He later served as Vice President of Sales at Spectrum Consulting and President of Bluespire Senior Living (formerly Martino & Binzer), a senior living marketing and communications firm.
Jay joined Covenant Living in 2016 and was named President of Covenant Living Communities in 2026. In his role as President, he serves as the organization’s chief operations executive, overseeing operational excellence, quality outcomes, community performance, occupancy growth and innovation, with a focus on ensuring Covenant Living communities receive exceptional support from the central office.
