Judy brings over 25 years of experience in workforce excellence, talent development, and strategic human resources leadership. In her role, Judy works closely with executive leadership and HR teams across Covenant Living’s 20 communities, guiding initiatives that enhance employee experience, organizational culture, and talent development.
Before joining Covenant Living, Judy spent 15 years at Vi Senior Living as a senior HR leader, where she played a pivotal role in achieving the “Great Place to Work” designation and international recognition for the company’s award-winning learning programs. Her career spans the airline, hospitality, healthcare, and financial services industries, and she also founded her own consulting firm, specializing in executive coaching and HR strategy for global organizations.
Judy holds a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and a MBA with a concentration in Management and Organizational Development from Roosevelt University. She is passionate about creating positive workplace cultures that support employee growth and, in turn, enhance the resident experience at Covenant Living.
