Robi serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Covenant Living Communities and Services, bringing more than 23 years of experience in human resources to her role. She joined Covenant Living in 2022 as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where she led the successful centralization of recruiting and built a strong, organization-wide talent acquisition function.
Now as CHRO, Robi oversees a team of HR professionals and guides the continued development and implementation of a comprehensive workforce strategy designed to address both current and future talent needs within senior living.
Prior to joining Covenant Living, Robi served as a senior manager at a national insurance company, where she led multiple HR functions.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Northern Illinois University.
